op shop show off.....fussy much?...

I know...they look green don't they...but they are actually blue....though I kinda wish they were green....fussy much?..either way they are fab with a capital F!

not an oppy find....a garage sale find....and they were kinda new to the garage owner, who said she only bought them a few weeks back at a vintage shop but decided she now didn't like them....fussy much?

she was happy with $20 for both ...and I was a little chuffed myself.
I employed a stylist to help me with this difficult shoot....and I tell you its not easy getting the chairs to sit just right...."no mummy...here and here!"
geez....wonder were she gets her fussy pants from??

things are kinda on the go slow around here....im calling it the post holiday blues (or greens).
nic just says I cant be arsed....but I would never be so crass!

the cold weather is back and somehow ive been wrangled into working some extra days....what the??.
today is going to be spent wrapped up in the magic of my mum and dads garden...I will take pics and may just share them
...if I can be arsed!

go check out what Max is up to, chicky has got it goin on!

  3. They're lovely!! And so is the little stylist! Love the concentration on her face when she tries to get them to stand straight!

  4. I think the chairs are great, but I got so distracted by adorable Frankie and her beautiful dress that I'm not sure. :)

  6. $20 each is an absolute steal! love their institutional look (we had the brown version in our old school science lab, way back of course!), plus the colour factor, plus the shabby chic effect, completely unsurprised you are so pleased with them! and they complement Frankies dress so well, reason enough to buy them alone!

  7. Love them! And love that Frankie needs to straighten them up. I'm the same, you should see the tins in my pantry. And the volume level has to be on an even number...........have I said too much?! xo

  8. Forget the chairs I'm loving Frank's frock! She looks adorable. This will sound nuts but as soon as I saw the chairs I could hear the sound they make scraped along the cement, weird much? Love the colour. You've got a great eye Al. Hope you get over your post holiday blues, cause school hols are on their way again! xx
