ReplyDeleteAll the photos are beautiful, but that first one with the ripples is stunning!
ReplyDeleteI love it too...its so Charlie. never happier than when he is chin deep in deep blue water. basically all you can capture is him underwater. x

DeleteLove roses and rust too! Those roses are gorgeous, Al. What a mum you have:) Love the trophies you keep finding. Worn silver is cool. I'm very partial to it these days myself. x
ReplyDelete(Just jumped out of the pool myself and am sitting here in my wet togs.)
ReplyDeleteFabulous roses!
Do I spy a Dame Elisabeth Murdoch?
Miss my rose garden down south - I wonder what it is up to without me.
But I've just started a new rose garden up here in the north - this one in pots.
I have no luck finding old trophies, although I found a bewdie a couple of years ago;
"The Samuel & Agnes Calvert Perpetual Memorial Cup
Awarded every year from 1950 to 1987 for
The Most Valuable Merino Ewe Fleece".
A not very good photo here -

ReplyDeleteI hope you are suitably refreshed after that fun beach holiday. How did old Silver hold-up to the demands of a family?
ReplyDeletePretty, pretty roses .. hmmm, the perfume is wonderful! They look so much better on a laptop screen rather than an incy wincy smartphone which I've been stuck with for weeks.
Now, Al, I will need resuscitation if I have to hold my breath much longer for your promised sharing of newly thrifted treasures. C'mon girl, put them out there for us all to get serious envy happening! XX
