he....this lad will climb trees, backflip on trampolines, leap from way too high retaining walls and swim out beyond the breakers, but....when it came to jumping of this teeny tiny stump on the farm....well it took forever!! he had to psych himself up and after a lot of encouragement finally took the plunge. phew , glad I snapped the leap of the century!
she...in heaven wandering granny and poppys place. the farm is my sanity saver in school hols. that big black thing to the right of Franks head is a huge tractor tire that poppy just filled with sand. Poppy hung the moon don't you know!
the yards slopes down to the left to a gorgeous creek complete with mini rapids, frogs, platypus and water dragons...in other words kid heaven.
there are also horses, cows, chooks, ducks, dogs, tame kookaburras, echidnas and a huge family of wallabies.
they don't know it yet but my kids are a couple of the luckiest kids on the planet.
joining in with a couple of hundred other luck ducks over at che and fidel
Al xx
That's such an idyllic place for the kids to play!
