im loving this mornings finds....mostly because they have made me stop and pause and actually post something. my days have been nothing short of crazy lately....fun...but crazy.
my "holidays have finished blues" are well and truly gone and now im caught up in the flurry of work, kids , some minor renos (nothing post worthy im afraid...ie plumbing!) and kickin this single parenting gigs arse!....well this week I am anyway...previous weeks have seen me in a rather fragile state but hey im happy to conveniently forget those.
I found the jug and the white vase last week, the vase has lovely raised daisies on it which you cant quite see in these pics. the tapestry, Mary and Holly Hobby were found this morning. the tapestry was $2!....so much work and love right there.
im sharing these over at Max`s (Hi Hun!).
am hanging for a day of relaxation so I can get stuck in to all of my favourite blogs....am dying to see what you are all up to!
all I know is that spring is here and that makes me so so happy!!

ReplyDeleteLovely, lovely, lovely finds - the framed rose tapestry is ridiculously gorgeous... hope you're not on your own for too long xx :)Tina
ReplyDeleteThat little pot is adorable!
ReplyDeleteThat is one of the nicest tapestries i've seen round the traps and all framed and ready to hang too. Hollie hobbie love it. When i was a teen i wasn't goth or emo or cool in any way shape or form, my style icon was hollie hobbie, i had the best brown leather lace up boots, that i flung out when i webt through a vegan phase all 6 weeks of it lol! Still got a soft spot for her, i bet your little frankie like to play with those. Hope things calm down again for ya real soon lovely xxx
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the tapestry ... and for $2 ... what the???
ReplyDeleteThe Holly Hobby ... not so much. ... brings back all sorts of repressed memories. Can you believe my Mother used to dress my sister and I in matching Holly Hobby outfits .... including the bonnet!!!!!!!
xx
I swear my heart skipped a beat. Loving your finds. xo
ReplyDeleteSo nice to see some op shopping goodies, feels like no one is sharing the oppie finds lately, even me but that will change soon! Glad to hear you are hanging in there with single mothering, I can do a few days and I am a basket case! mel x

ReplyDeleteHello my sweet love. I hope your holidays were lovely. I'm so sorry we didn't end up catching up, I was so looking forward to it but a wee little man thought an early entrance was a great idea. I so hope we can catch up and connect in person some time in the near future. I'm sorry you've been a touch fragile lately, I hope all is ok? Big love to you!
ReplyDeleteI love, love, love your finds, the tapestry is delightful and I am utterly smitten and swooning over the Holly Hobbie.....a wee jealous over that one.
