these two rugs i found in the $1 bin at the oppie!. i love knowing i will make use of someones hard work. i hate to think of all that love sitting in a bargain bin. our dog Friday follows me around as i take pics....i dont want to know whats shes thinking.
lots of treasures both gifted and thrifted over the past few weeks
all beautiful pieces...cant believe my luck....ive been searching for vintage scrabble pieces for many moons and finally a whole set for a $1!
frankie loves them as you can see....she loves playing with most things i find....loves playing "cuppa T"

we had a great weekend and a great fathers day....Niccy got to be with her dad on fathers day for the first time in 22 years!!.....her parents now live 5 minutes away, having just moved close by. the kids adored having two sets of grandparents here. lots of spoiling going on.

ReplyDeleteI noticed our (reproduction) scrabble tiles were put to use as bickies on my daughters tea table this week too, so sweet and I def agree that rescuing handmade treasures that have taken so much time and love to make is the right thing to do.
Great to hear your father day was special. How wonderful that Niccy's family are close by now :)
